This paring of musicians has not yet performed together in any setting. They have however shared bills and curatorial efforts throughout the bay area for the past 2-3 years. That being said, each is familiar with the others sonic vocabulary and phrasing. This set will not be a total shot in the dark. Rather, the audience will witness two improvisers, aware of each others output and force, develop a common language together in a performance setting.
