Sarah explores the form of the chaconne from the seventeenth century to the present day, including chaconnes by Henry Purcell, Elizabeth Jacquet de la Guerre, Louis Couperin, George Friedrich Handel, Carl Nielsen, Sofia Gubaidulina, Stefan Wolpe, and a new chaconne, Still Cycles, by Danny Clay.
