All That Bad is a music trio based in San Francisco. Their music is an original blend of styles drawing from classical and folk traditions. It begins with the electric harp of Amelia Romano, whose original compositions drive the band’s repertoire. Amelia’s playing is rhythmic and dynamic, enthralled by an intricate muse. She is joined by Matt Ebisuzaki on C rotary-valve trumpet and Tim Renner on upright bass. The group’s arrangements develop each piece from multiple perspectives, passing melodies and improvisation from player to player. This is energetic, creative music from collaborators who enjoy each other and propel each other to find new modes of expression.
