TOUCH BASS is a new collaboration of choreographer Risa Jaroslow with bassist and composer Lisa Mezzacappa. The work features three dancers, three bassists and three double basses in an exploration of our physical and emotional vulnerabilities—using the fragility of a big, beautiful string instrument as a metaphor for our own real and imagined limitations.
