Darren Johnston's newest project features two bass clarinets (Steven Lugerner and
Cory Wright, both powerhouse composer/improviser/bandleaders in their own right), with himself singing and blowing his peace canon. (formerly known as trumpet).
A wildly creative new blend of chamber-folk with a jazz reduction.
Also on the bill is local treasure pianist Alison Lovejoy, who will be performing original works from Bay Area composers, some classics, and more.
