Experimental Music from Mills College
Mills College graduate students composers enrolled in Guillermo Galindo’s “Composition Seminar” and John Bischoff’s “Seminar in Computer Music” will present new electronic and instrumental works. The concert will feature both solo and small ensemble pieces incorporating scored and improvised musical actions, computer-generated sound, and unique combinations of musical resources. The concert will be curated and produced by the students themselves. It will be a wonderful opportunity for audience members to experience some of what is currently being created at Mills.
