Bring your instrument, & put your name in the hat. Audience & participants encouraged to donate some cash for space rental. Over by 10pm.
7:30 load-in, set up your instrument enough that transitions between the ad hoc trios are only 1-2 minutes.
8:00 random sets start. Various random trios limited to about 7 minutes apiece, depending on how many people sign up.
8:45 featured group set
9:15 second round of random trios (people can re-enter their name for this one.)
10:00 music has to stop
