This workshop is for musicians of all levels, from professionals or complete beginners. It is also great for educators! We will explore trans-idiomatic or self-idiomatic improvisation (not limited to the boundaries of genre, such as jazz, classical or latin). Activities will focus on learning how to “get out of our heads” by simply listening and responding to what we hear. Beautiful moments and sounds will result! Bring your instrument if you have one (voice included), including household, and found objects!
