Ron Heglin is a Trombonist and Vocalist working with extended technique on the Trombone and with spoken and sung imaginary languages as a Vocalist.His vocal music has been influenced by his study of North Indian vocal music. He works both compositionally and in an improvisational mode and is a member of the Bay Area music context as well as performing internationally. He is a founding member of the groups MUSIC FOR ALL OCCASIONS, ROTODOTI, and BRASSIOSAURUS, and has performed with the Merce Cunningham Dance Company, Leo Smith, Henry Brant, Logos Duo, Tim Perkis, John Bischoff,Tom Djll,and Toyoji Tomita.

Tim Perkis has been working in the medium of live electronic and computer sound for many years, performing, exhibiting and recording extensively throughout North America and Europe. His work has largely been concerned with exploring the emergence of life-like properties in complex systems of interaction. A founder of the computer music band The Hub, he is also a well known performer in the San Francisco Bay Area's active improvised music scene, and a designer of multimedia systems for corporate clients. Recordings of his music are available on the Artifact, Lucky Garage, Meniscus and Limited Sedition labels.

Biggi Vinkeloe lives in Oakland, CA and tours frequently in Europe and North America. She plays alto saxophone and flute, both as main instruments. She is one of the very few jazzwomen working internationally. She is involved in many different projects, both as a sideman and as a leader. She composes for her own groups, and occasionally for musicians from other music fields. Whenever possible, she collaborates with dancers and painters. She has recorded almost 20 albums with European and American musicians.
Described as a 'percussive dervish' (Coda) Donald Robinson is a technical master of the drums. He is a stalwart of the of San Francisco bay area avant-garde jazz scene, playing and recording with many of the area's improvisational players, from saxophonists John Tchicai, Marco Eneidi and Larry Ochs to koto player Miya Masaoka and pianist Matthew Goodheart, and with prominent visitors like Cecil Taylor, Wadada Leo Smith, George Lewis, trumpeter Raphe Malik and Canadian pianist Paul Plimley. Much of this work has featured the combination of Robinson and bassist Lisle Ellis as rhythm section: 'the best bass-drums tag team on the scene' (Jazz Times). His longest musical association, dating from the 1970's, was with the late tenor saxophonist Glenn Spearman.
