Devoted to the exploration of indeterminate sound, noise and sonic timbres. The music and musicians straddle the line between jazz and rock, new music and esoteric microtonal traditions, and skronk -- balancing the weird, serious, and outrageous.
****We are very excited to debut the most amazing DJ duo Michelle Solomon and Kyle Runyon, who are the team behind On The Real Side!!! Expect to hear them on deck from 8-9pm and again once the band has finished their set until late night!
These two have been crossing paths in the local soul, garage, 60's music scene for a while now and came to realize their shared affinity for the music and 45rpm record collecting. ON THE REAL SIDE is a new venture for these two and we look forward to getting them on deck for this FIRST FRIDAY at VAMP!
ON THE REAL SIDE focuses on sharing 60's Soul, Northern Soul and anything fitting this era that will entice you to get up on your feet and shake a tail feather on the dance floor! Expect a dance party into the late night!
