Glen Whitehead is a musician and interdisciplinary artist working seamlessly across musical genres, media and artistic disciplines. Erasing boundaries is his forté from contemporary, classical and jazz performance, to premieres of new works, his own brand of environmental, electro acoustic improvisation & composition, and collaborative composition across Dance, Theatre and Visual Arts.

Matthew Burtner is an Alaskan-born composer and sound artist specializing in concert chamber music and interactive new media. His work explores ecoacoustics, embodiment, and extended polymeric and noise-based systems.

Cosmists formed in 2011 as a collaboration between Andrew Joron (theremin) and Mark Pino (percussion).
The initial inspirational spark came from readings on Nikolai Fedorov and other Russian Futurists. Cosmists desired to produce musical sounds that would reverberate with the spirit of their philosophies, as they were felt to be guideposts on the route of escape from Linear Materialism.
Cosmists have played publicly around the SF Bay Area at such venues as the Stork Club and the Luggage Store.
Cosmists have now entered a phase in which collaboration with new musicians is actively sought out, and, as such, have worked with Collette McCaslin and Eli Pontecorvo.
