Bad Luck performs in another cosmos from most bands. Emerging out of more than a decade of collaboration, their work is a genre-defying supernova of electronics, hip hop, metal, folk and jazz. With an unusual frontline of drums + saxophone/electronics, Bad Luck has been electrifying audiences in Seattle at packed shows, playing on bills that put experimental music in front of new and eager audiences.
Ignition Duo has set out to marshal a new and vital repertoire for two electric guitars via intensive collaboration with emerging composers. So far the duo has premiered eighteen pieces, eight of which are featured on their recently released, self-produced debut album ABLAZE AMIDST THE HORNS. The debut album features music written for the duo by Ryan Brown, Nick Norton, Dan VanHassel, Nick Bacchetto, Danny Clay, Nick Vasallo, Marc Evans, and Luke Taylor.
