There will be an evening of improvised music at 12 Galaxies featuring :
Darren Johnston, on trumpet with electronics in a duo with legendary Mark Miller, one of downtown New York’s most unusual improvisers, a member of John Zorn’s crew in the early eighties, and featured on the seminal recording: Locus Solus, now available on Tzadik.
followed by local heavyweights The Supplicants, with Sammeer Gupta on drums, David Boyce - sax, Richard Howell - sax, and David Ewell - accoustic bass.
This should prove to be an interesting and exciting evening of music.
