A solo saxophone performance channeled by David Boyce in our high ceiling reading room. Expect sophisticated tone poems, genre-bending improvisation and cathedral-like divine reverberence!

Boohabian multi-reed player David Boyce teaches music at the Urban School of SF, plays in the duo Six Roses, the group The Supplicants, and also has a history as a member of the celebrated Afro-Futurist jazz trio The Broun Fellinis. He presently curates and hosts an outstanding live performance series Friday nights at the Medicine for Nightmares bookstore in the SF Mission district.

Golden Gate Valley Library Branch is located at 1801 Green St., between Laguna and Octavia streets in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco.
