Eli Knowles (vocals/keyboard) and Rent Romus (saxophone) will perform works celebrating Kalevala Day, the Finnish National Epic which inspired J. R. R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings. The program will also include some jazz ballads. Concert starts at 4pm.

This free event is part of the San Francisco Public Library Golden Gate Valley Branch's annual Open House, with festive family activities from 2 - 5pm (SFFD firetruck visit, LEGO letterpress prints with Arion Press, Improv comedy performance, button-making, and book giveaways for all ages).
