Blevin Blectum- electronic musician and multimedia composer, celebrated as an "icon of deviant and cerebral electronic music" Blevin is half of early-noughties-era San Francisco duo Blectum From Blechdom.
Shin Chida (Japan)- Japanese experimental musician Shin Chida’s current work has shifted away from his early efforts at tape manipulation to a more obscure sound influenced by 2000s Michigan noise. Using tape delays, contact mics, synthesizer and concrete sound sources, initial experiments under the name Burried Machine were self-released in 2008 on his label, Rockatansky Records, with releases on Lust Vessel and Throne Heap following.
Mike Meanstreetz/Adam Lion- Free improv collab set. Mike Meanstreetz is a LA based improviser whose non-traditional craft seeds new genres while reaping the fallen fruit of old. Sonically his practice explores and expands upon both genre adjascent sensibilities and more fluid extended techniques via drums/percussion, tape/electronics, and nylon string guitar.
Adam Lion- Offering “a tone so pure it is almost a sine-wave” (The Wire), Adam Lion is a percussionist based in Los Angeles. A prolific collaborator, he works closely with a wide spectrum of artists from the experimental tradition. He can be heard on the Astral Spirits, Drag City, Innova, Klanggalerie, New Village Tapes, cmntx, and H&S Ranch labels. As a curator and organizer, Lion has presented musicians touring from around the world.
Malocculsion- Malocculsion, or Michael Daddona, is a sound, visual, and performance artist currently based in Oakland,CA, currently exploring relationships of sound, the body and the exterior space in which they exist, psychosis, mortality, the prison system and the omnipresent entropic trap door of life. Through high tension multimedia performances , videos, photography, sculpture, curation, and other various documents, Malocculsion explores the negative spaces of our perceived realities, and the social and physical spaces that surround us.
