Part 2: Practice and Attention
Sunday, November 15, 11 am–12:30 pm

Building on the first workshop, this second session focuses more specifically on practice and attention. Bogatin will continue exploring mindfulness meditation as it relates to conscious practice, including ways of slowing down thought processes and focusing the mind.

Learn how a mindful approach to music making can help create more calm, ease, and joy in music.

Offered in collaboration with the Amateur Music Network (AMN)
