...The combination of diverging unsound musical and accidental pursuits of Classical and non-traditional piano structures with analog synths and homemade electronics mixed in. Varying influences include Ragtime Revivalist Dr. Brian Dykstra, Bartok, and Morton Subotnick then add in Eno's Oblique Strategies, Andy Kaufman, and John Cage. It looks good and bad on paper.

...A direct descendent of live sound performances with Skozey Fetisch (since 1993), as well as a prolific visual artist, Amphibious Gestures is an experimental electrono forum for extreme panning above and below the waterline. minimalistic oscillation compositions executed thru ambidextrous fingerwork. focusing mainly on the concept of living organisms that can survive on both land and sea, creating war tactics and utilizing sound as weapons. an ever evolving project that is open to all forms of ambushes and collaborations. live performances may include reptilian uniforms, humanistic masks, and color morphing lights.

[Commode Minstrels] originally formed around the phallus statue of liberty in 1993. First live show was in Osaka 1994 (playing the "Jeopardy Theme" written by Merv Griffin) and "Guarda Coat of Lamps". The following show was in Seattle at the Rabid God Innoculator 2 day festival. When opening for Deer Hoof in July 1995 at the Impala Cafe the set was mostly composed with tennis balls hitting a tin plate. The lp "Fantastic Picnic" was preceded by two 7"s split with Evil Moisture, and the other with Caroliner Rainbow Heavy Rugs with Private Woolen Thunder. A 'birthday record' came out in 1996 with musician William Winant "Mary Neal Fumbling with the Collapsed Corpse of theUniverse/Failed Heroes". The short film "JollyCrodderGanger" saw the release of the first cd (with bonus World War II 78-antique included) of the compact disc with the same name. The movie short "Weet Weet Weet -A Winged Explosure" accompanied by "JollyCrodderGanger" was committed to the video disc medium by Brutallo.com in 2005.
