Invasive Species is the drum & percussion duo of Kevin Corcoran and Jon Bafus active in improvised contexts for over a decade. Beginning in Sacramento, California, the duo remains active between Sacramento and the Bay Area.

Adapter is the second album by the duo, their first on vinyl following a self released cassette. Made up of drum kit improvisations recorded in 2018 at Gold Lion Arts in Sacramento, the album captures the intuitive, frenetic communication of these two long time drummer collaborators.
