The Ckestra Festival No.1 with:

Moe! Staiano's Moe!kestra!
Western Light Orchestra
Toychestra

Moe! Staiano will perform the first written piece for Moe kestra! entitled "Piece No.1: Death of a Piano" with a cast of many musicians (including George Cremaschi, Garth Powell, Dan Plonsey, David Slusser, Tom Yoder, William Winant, Ches Smith, Peter Conheim and many others) celebrate the destruction of an actual piano in front of an audience. Bring your eye goggles for this one!

The Western Light Orchestra is a ensemble made up by Bob Marsh performing a piece by Chicago cellist Fred Longberg-Holm involving lights & subgroups. Musicians include Jim Ryan, Shoko Hikage, Damon Smith, Ron Heglin, Ernesto Diaz-Infante, Tom Djll, Aaron Bennett among others.

Toychestra is a group of five cool women playing songs with childrens toys & sing about silly things that I seem to forget about just what. Very fun!

$4.00 admission
