Outsound & Vamp Present A Holiday Pop-Up Benefit Show

We're having a holiday benefit. Come check out the John Lee collection donated to help Outsound raise money for our programs and enjoy the music of Amanda Chaudhary and Tri-Cornered Tent Show. Join the party at Vamp!!

This past summer John Lee the founder of bayimproviser.com and avid supporter of the greater San Francisco Bay Area creative music scene donated a large portion of his vinyl record collection of contemporary and avant-garde jazz to Outsound. Many of these records are rare and most are in almost mint condition purchased at the time of first pressing during the 1980's to present.

In the early 20th century "tent shows" created multiple stages of interest vying simultaneously for attention.
They could be selling you medicine, salvation, entertainment or war.
While Drawing on combined influences in R&B/dance, classical, multi cultural folk, progressive rock, 20th century avant garde, free jazz and heavy metal, Tri-Cornered Tent Show pushes the envelope of melodic groove and arrhythmic improvisation, sometimes evoking images of 70's Italian horror pictures. and other outr`e forms of cinema. Philip Everett - Electric Lapharp and Xlarinet
Ray Schaeffer - Electric Basses
Anthony Flores - Drums
Valentina O - Vocals and Vocal FX
