This concert features live performances and pre-recorded pieces by composer/ performers who have released their music on ArtifactRecordings sometime during the last 35 years. They are: John Bischoff, Phil Stone, Carter Scholz, Tom Djll, Matt Ingalls, Bill Hsu, Ben Davis, Chris Brown, Lorin Benedict, Ron Heglin, Steve Adams, Darren Johnston, Philip Perkins, Tim Perkis, Ben Azarm, Mark Trayle, Xopher Davidson, Brian Reinbolt, and Scott Fraser. The venue for the show is the Pearson Theater at Meyer Sound in Berkeley, an intimate theater with their state-of-the-art, multichannel loudspeaker and video projection systems. Meyer Sound has generously offered free to ArtifactRecordings for this event. The concert begins promptly at 7 PM and will last until 9 PM, with a limited audience of 55 . Tickets are available only by advance purchase through eventBrite at the cost of $10 per person.

ARTIFACT RECORDINGS is a project of Ubu, Incorporated, an artist-run, non-profit organization supporting experimental and electronic music based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our download and compact disk series is dedicated to representing a living experimental music tradition that continues to thrive in the cracks between the commercial, academic and classical music establishments.
