PC Muñoz is a musician, writer, and program designer based in San Francisco. His singular music-making aesthetic bridges the gap between spoken word, musique concréte, free improvisation, and the insistent rhythms of funk and hip-hop. His body of work as an artist and producer includes Grammy-nominated contemporary classical music with composer/cellist Joan Jeanrenaud of Kronos Quartet as well as recordings with rock legend Jackson Browne, Chicana poet/chanteuse Ingrid Chavez, Prince and the Revolution keyboardist Dr. Fink, Bay Area jazz saxophonists David Boyce and
Francis Wong, Oakland hip-hop artist Kev Choice, and many more. He has been the Director of Programming at The Freight since 2025.
