I recorded this album at Peter Karl Studios in Brooklyn, NY on April 5th, 2023 with two of my long-time collaborators and outstanding New York musicians, Vijay Anderson and Adam Lane.

The pieces include compositions by Thelonious Monk, collective improvisations, and one original of mine.

The playing on this recording embraces the jazz traditions of "bebop" and "free jazz" as two of its primary influences. I believe the result is one that deomonstrates the beauty and breadth of this artform. I hope it brings as much joy to those who listen as it gave me to participate in its creation.
